Wow I haven't posted in forever and there's so much to tell and share. I will soon but not now. Work will be over in a couple of weeks and the search for a job begins. Fun!
Well I had my interview at Steele Canyon high school. There are about 3 of us who will be gone from the social science department. There are 5 openings at the new high school so that's pretty exciting. I'm not too interested in leaving Monte Vista but I have no choice. It might be nice to start over. Schools been kicking my ass this year and it's been a tough semester. I'm trying hard and working hard so that's all that I can do.
Well Todd's in Vegas right now. Last Friday was his last day at work. He's a little depressed but it was time to go. So he's on vacation in Vegas, I wish I was there. I'll be in Florida soon so that's exciting!
I went to Monte Vista's production of "The Music Man". It was pretty fun and finally had a margarita. Last week was tough and the margarita really hit the spot. In fact one right now wouldn't be so bad.
Everyone needs to go see the movie "X-Men". It's an excellent movie. I had no expectations of this movie and it really blew me away. Lots of cool characters and well done.
Well I have an interview for a job at Steele Canyon on Monday at 8:40 am. Damn this sucks. I gotta get in grades and now this all by Monday morning. This truly will be a stressful weekend preparing for this. It'll probably be my best bet for getting a job.
Well it's the last day of STAR testing. Thank gawd. I hate it hate it hate it. 2 weeks of this crap? And for what? Well yesterday was a good day. I got paid yay! I got a nice fat check and I think I got my tax return to. Now let's just not spend it all in one place. It sucks to be broke by the end of the first week of the month and the next time I get paid is the last week of the month. Oh well a few more months of checks and then it's time to hit the pavement.
